I modified someone else's oatmeal recipe, but this really works for me...Calling it mine..
Half Cup Oats (get a large box at Costco)
1 Cup Water
Couple turns of salt
Sprinkle some Flax seeds
Scoop of Whey Protein Powder
TSP of Cocoa or Hot Chocolate mix
1 Banana squished
Add some blueberries
Stir over a low flame until it becomes a perfect mush!
