I am Coach Briody, the owner and founder of "Ride n' Ripped" ™, and the founder of COVERT FITNESS, a sports performance company built on the philosophy of building a superior student athlete. Offering solutions for strength & conditioning training to reach elite levels of performance in athletics and everyday life. Fitness programs designed to take you to the "Next Level". Whether you are a "Weekend Warrior", competitive youth athlete, or simply want to improve your current fitness level, I'm here to help. Your personal trainer/coach, who will work with you to set realistic and attainable short term and long term fitness goals. I also offer Gym Consulting to help those passionate about fitness and sports performance improve their own facilities growth!

Properly and safely training them to gain a competitive edge in the sports that they participate. Using a "student athlete"philosophy to help them enjoy sports and fitness throughout school.
From " High Intensity" sports specific strength training, to helping you lose a few unwanted pounds, together we can take your fitness to the "Next Level".
Session can be held in the privacy of your own home or at one of our training facilities.
