This Personal Fitness Training site was created to provide a content rich resource to those dedicated to excellence in athletic training, strength development as well as overall fitness and health. If you are looking to get fit, build muscle or lose weight you have come to the right place.

Personal Training designed to take you to the "Next Level". Whether you are a "Weekend Warrior", competitive youth athlete, or simply want to improve your current fitness level, I'm here to help. Your personal trainer/coach, who will work with you to set realistic and attainable short term and long term fitness goals.

Briody Fitness uses motivation and education to help you begin a workout program to prepare you for your individual fitness goals. A program that is challenging, fun, and one that will make you look and feel your best. Together, we will find a unique mix of personalized training to increase your strength, boost your endurance and improve your overall health.

My commitment and passion for fitness is contagious, and my goal is to help you enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Briody Personal Fitness Training is dedicated to youth fitness, helping young athletes work towards their full potential. Properly and safely training them to gain a competitive edge in the sports that they participate. Using a "student athlete" philosophy to help them enjoy sports and fitness throughout school.

From " High Intensity" sports specific strength training, to helping you lose a few unwanted pounds, together we can take your fitness to the "Next Level".

Session can be held in the privacy of your own home or at one of our training facilities.
