Optimal Heart Health

Recent data published on heart health showed that only 1 out of 1900 people tested met all 7 requirements for optimal heart health!

1. non smoker
2. BMI below 25
3. 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week
4. Total Cholesterol under 200
5. Blood pressure below 120 over 80
6. Blood glucose under 100
7. healthy diet

The tested group consisted of "healthy" volunteers.
