This just in from Tom..

Awesome.. Lance training in Kona yesterday and happens to come across Chris Lieto (2nd in 2009 IM World Championship) riding on the other side of the Queen K also training. They twitter each other and a time trial challenge is made via Twitter for the next day. 14 miles, all out. Lieto invites Lance to a swim prior, but gets turned down, because his director Johan Bruyneel would not give go ahead. Lieto then skips the swim (or did he?)...All twitterati read this and show up to cheer the guys on. This just happened a few hours ago. Technology is AWESOME!
