Don't make deep-fried or fast foods a part of your diet. Replace these with foods that have been sautéed, baked, roasted, broiled, or grilled.
Plan your meals every week so that you can keep track of what you are eating.
Eat 5 meals a day instead of 3 large ones including a Healthy Breakfast within one hour from waking up i the morning. Eating more frequent, smaller meals will prevent you from feeling hungry throughout the day.
Eat more often to boost your metabolism. Obviously this means eating sensible foods, but remember, The actual process of breaking down food burns up calories.
Avoid late night eating. Do not eat 3 hours prior to bedtime. The reason you don't want to eat late at night is because your food may not properly digest.
