Coach you win, As a late 20s over weight female I read your article 2 months ago. No fancy diets or videos, just a few good steps to follow. I am down 28 lbs and extremely focused! Just wanted to say thanks for being a friend in fitness and please keep the tips coming, I look forward to them.. I will send before and after pictures when I reach my goal! Thanks coach!
