Workout Tips for the VERY BUSY mom's & dad's

I suggest quick workouts and downloading quick and easy Yoga/Stretch Core Workouts (which are simple enough to do at work and most phones now a days have the free aps to do so) Thats what I do - AND I always try to engage my core all day every day while Im sitting walking or even at home cleaning. Speaking of cleaning if you are a busy mom like me I do what I call Cardo Clean where I pump up the music and clean till I sweat! (-=


I may not be doing a steady workout every day or hitting the gym but I do what I can in the little bit of time I have and try to get others to do the same.
