Try Kettlebell Training
Thanks to reading Coach Briody's site, I got interested in Kettlebell Training...I was looking for something to spark my interest again i working out as I seem to have been in somewhat of a slump..same old same old at the gym; week after week after week.
I figured if I could just renew my interest in working out my body, maybe my motivation would come back! So, I've decided to try a few new things just to spice up my workouts, and kettlebell training is next on the list!
This Thursday, my husband and I and our good friends will be going to a Kettlebell training class for the first time. I'm excited about it and I think it's going to be a lot of fun (and tough!).
I recently watched a Monica Brant video where she was doing some of this training. Her workout included the use of the kettlebells and also some thick ropes. In a medevial kind of way, it looked like a blast!
So, I think trying something new is a good way to boost your interest in staying fit, and challenge your muscles in a new way...can't wait to try it!
