Ride N' Ripped

  What is "Ride n' Ripped ™" ?  Founded and designed by  Certified Trainer Coach Mike Briody,  this Trademarked program is currently only offered as addition to your gym or fitness facility!  This is 30 minutes of hardcore Indoor Cycling including sprinting, and intense climbs to challenge the muscular endurance of your quads, hamstrings and calves, often including high intensity interval training.  Now that your legs are fatigued the second 30 minutes is now focused on your upper body!  We focus on toning and strengthening your arms, back shoulders chest and core, using dumbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and body weight!!  NO time for recovery in this class, bring your "A-GAME".   If you put in the effort you will definitely get results here! Guaranteed!!!
