Outdoor Running

As the weather gets better I am seeing more runners on the road. Just a few safety tips. First off, cars are bigger, enough said. Make sure you are visable. That black shirt may look cool in the gym, but when daylight is low you need to be seen. At night, reflective gear and a small flashlight or strobe is a smart idea. Be sure to run against traffic, on the left side of the road. This give you the opportunity to move and dodge an unalert driver who may wonder into your path. If possible run with a friend, even if that friend may have four legs. Be safe, be seen, be smart! CoachBriody
