10 weighted lunges (65lb bar for women and 95lb bar for men)
10 push press (with same bar)
10 knees to elbow
Then Run 800 meters


**you must hold on to the bar for all qo lunges and into the push press**

**EVERY TIME YOU DROP THE BAR YOU HAVE TO DO 3 Burpees**
