Lack of equipment is no excuse for not getting in a quality workout. Body weight exercises can yield massive gains if you challenge yourself. Ever see how powerful a professional dancers legs are? Most of that strength comes from simply repetitive body weight movements. Try 100 Hindu squats touching your butt to your calves each time. Let me know how that feels. The key is to fatigue the muscle group to force it to grow to adapt to the new workload.
