Hindu squats

Lack of equipment is no excuse for not getting in a quality workout. Body weight exercises can yield massive gains if you challenge yourself. Ever see how powerful a professional dancers legs are? Most of that strength comes from simply repetitive body weight movements. Try 100 Hindu squats touching your butt to your calves each time. Let me know how that feels. The key is to fatigue the muscle group to force it to grow to adapt to the new workload. I am enjoying this site and am happy to add regular content, thanks for creating this for other athletes! good luck

Hold light dumbells for added resistance and to enhance leg strength. No dumbells? two small bottles of water are a good place to start.

I did the 100, no big deal, heart rate was elevated but got through it rather easily. Unfortunately the next morning my legs were very sore. Great exercise, ill be doing those 3x a week moving forward. Keep them coming!
