We all have those days where we catch a case of the "I-just-don't-feel-like-it". On those days make a deal with yourself.
Do at least 15 mins of a cardio warm up and then if you still don't feel it call it a day or plan your workout for later in the day.
I find that 99% of the time after about 10 mins I find my groove and have a great workout.
